Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Installed, used, or damaged products cannot be returned.
- Returns are only accepted by mail.
How to Return an Item

- Ship the Item – You are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label and sending the item back.
- Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- There are no restocking fees.
Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will gladly provide one if the product meets our return conditions.
